Simon did some work for us before Christmas replacing two of our old showers and putting in a new shower cubicle and walls. Simon was very helpful in the planning stage offering advice and answering questions about how to achieve what it was we wanted. During the installation he worked quickly and efficiently getting the work done to a high standard and within the time agreed which was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend Terrapin plumbing and would certainly call Simon again ourselves if we needed any further work done in the future.

I have recently had my very tired 🥴bathroom replaced with a Power Shower.Overall I have found Simon to be Professional Helpful and Friendly. I had NO idea ! what I really wanted .Simon was able to advise me without any pressure .. he was informative ..his advice was structured and practical.
He was punctual, tidy ,careful and everything one would want when having an expensive plumbing job done .I would have complete confidence in giving Simon other work. I am absolutely thrilled ! with my new “ shower room” and would recommend Simon without hesitation . Reliability is everything !

Bathroom Refurbishment - 22 May 2017
I have just had a complete bathroom refurbishment carried out by Simon of Terrapin Plumbing. The work included the removal of a bath and installation of a shower cubicle, new toilet, sink, all walls tiled and the laying of a new floor, all of this was carried out with the minimum of mess. Simon is a true professional, his work is excellent and his attention to detail is very impressive. He also provided me with some before and after photos, I would highly recommend his firm because I am delighted with my new bathroom. He is also a very pleasant, well mannered gentleman.

Under ground burst water pipe - 13 Apr 2015
Woke one morning to find my garden flooded due to a burst water pipe. Severn Trent provided me with a list of approved plumbers qualified to work on underground pipes, and out of the five I called, Simon was the the only one who responded and came to my house within an hour. He helped to locate the stop tap to stop the water. Knowing that I would have to leave my house due to having no water, he rearranged his clients for Monday and returned at 7.30am to lay a new pipe to my house. Extremely happy with his work and very grateful that he understood the distress I was in. He is a genuinely nice person, and very trustworthy. Any other plumbing issues, he will be the only person I will call.

Simon came round within a few days of contact as it wasn't an urgent job. He was on time, polite and able to get the job complete at a good quality with no fuss. What more could you ask for?!
